I have always been fascinated by the human mind. So much so that I dedicated decades of my life to the mental health and wellness industry. Preaching the power of the human mind. Both light and dark. Championing healing oneself as being well with oneself, and not something that is shameful. Self-LOVE. Advocating for action towards a healthy MIND and BODY connection. Yet, it felt incomplete. I could feel it in my soul. So I searched for a higher perspective. The stars aligned and I knew. It was SPIRIT. Divinely guided to see the sacred and energetic connection with oneself that allows for conscious connections with others and All. The SACRAL Chakra. An energetic tool for harmonious existence. Just four fingerbreadths below the navel. Felt like a sin not to honor it.
