FAQ

Upon purchase all orders are automatically processed and routed to the appropriate vendors [distributors or manufacturers] for fulfillment and shipping.

All orders will be shipped in discreet packaging directly from the vendors to the address provided by the consumer at the time of purchase.

Below Navel will use it's best efforts to provide information to you on back orders, discontinued/closeout items, pricing changes or new products as soon as reasonably possible after such information becomes available from the manufacturers.

Order status information will be available within 48 hours from the time the order is received. Order status information will include shipping date, tracking number, weight, number of boxes, and other pertinent information.

Due to the personal nature of the products for sale, we are unable to accept returns and/or exchanges. Please note this policy is to ensure the safety and health of our customers, and therefore ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Damaged/Shortages
All merchandise leaves the vendors warehouse in perfect condition. All concealed damage or shortages must be reported to Below Navel within 24 hours from the receipt of goods. A claims form is included with each packing slip.

If you receive a shipment that has exterior damage, has been opened or re-taped, you must file a claim at the time of delivery with the carrier. Please make sure the driver notes the damage. Save the original cartons and packing material for inspection by the carrier. Let us know immediately if you have had the driver note a problem. Contact Below Navel [connect@belownavel.com] with the reference number assigned by the carrier and we will process the claim for you.

If it is a physical defect in the product, it must be reported to Below Navel within 5 days of product delivery. Please take pictures and/or video of the defective product as it will be required for the item to be replaced by the manufacturer. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ITEMS TO THE MANUFACTURER/SHIPPING FACILITY DIRECTLY. Defective items should be disposed of and not used for safety and health reasons.

Shipping rates: Shipping rates are based on the package's size, weight, and distance to be shipped. 

Free Shipping on orders $50 or more (before taxes).

Processing time: Most orders are processed automatically and shipped within 2–3 business days. 

Delivery times: Standard domestic shipping takes 5-8 business days, while expedited shipping takes 2–3 business days. 

Shipping delays: Transit may take longer if the carrier mishandles the package or other circumstances beyond Below Navel's control. 

Shipping destinations: Below Navel will only ship products to the address provided on the order. 

Shipping to P.O. Boxes: Below Navel does not ship to P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 

Shipping costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refunds. 

Delivery option changes: Once an order has been placed, the delivery option cannot be changed. 

Below Navel is a strong advocate for personal privacy. Orders are packed in nondescript envelopes and boxes for mailing. The only identifying marks are your mailing address and address of the shipping facility. The name “Below Navel” does not appear anywhere on the outside of your package.
