Refund policy

Due to the personal nature of the products for sale, we are unable to accept returns and/or exchanges. Please note this policy is to ensure the safety and health of our customers, and therefore ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Please contact Below Navel at connect@belownavel.com within 24 hours (of item delivery) if you receive a manufacturer's defective or damaged item. If it is a physical defect in the product, please take pictures and/or video as it will be required for the item to be replaced by the manufacturer. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ITEMS TO THE MANUFACTURER/SHIPPING FACILITY DIRECTLY.

Defective items should be disposed of and not used for safety and health reasons.
